In 2010, I created a blog called Mestomach to journalize my weight loss journey. The address of the blog is mestomach.com.
11 years later still on my journey. It has been a lot of bumps in the road, but I move forward.
According to the BMI charts, I'm Obese! Since I've started the blog, I've lost around 25 lbs.
I stopped eating meat 8.5 years ago, trying to follow a mostly plant-based diet. Of course, it isn't easy being a former meat-eater. You will see on my blog I have reviewed various different meat substitutes.

Exercise is a form of enjoyment for me. I typically do something every day. It ranges from biking, both indoors and outdoors, yoga and cardio. Prior to the pandemic, I frequented the gym.
During the lockdown in the spring, I took advantage of being off work and the warmer temps to put in the most mileage I've accomplished ever. I finished out the year just shy of 4000 miles. The most ever were 3001 miles. Looking forward to 2021 being another big year too.
If I can offer any advice to someone, just keep moving. Sitting idle will cause you more harm than doing some form of working which could just include walking.
